The first rosé produced in Culmina's Number series, the N° 012 Wild Ferment Rosé was made with minimal intervention using 100% wild yeast, fermented in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel. Glohaven peaches, freshly baked brioche and vibrant red berries are supported by a broad, rich textural palate with hints of oak spice. This rosé is a harmonious counterbalance of bright fruit and earthy depth.
