RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Customers can return unopened wine within 30 days from the date of purchase with their original invoice or receipt at their cost or through the Tasting Room.
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is flawed (e.g. corked). Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us directly at 250.498.0789 to arrange for the return of a flawed product, with at least 75% of the wine remaining. Once the flawed wine is received, we will send a replacement bottle at our cost or refund your method of payment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund any bottle that wine that is damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment. To best ensure the integrity of your purchase during shipping, we use the temperature-controlled courier services of ATS Healthcare.
