Made from 9 different micro-block lots and bled off of Culmina's Hypothesis and Single-Varietal red must fermenters following 4 hours of skin contact, Saignée is fermented and matured in small stainless steel tanks and casks.
This new vintage of Saignée once again is made from four of the classic Bordeaux-red varieties from Arise Bench and crafted in the classic 'Saignée' method using only free-run juice after only 4 hours on the skins. This wine has a creamy texture filled with raspberry, red licorice and plum preserves, flavours which together create a classic layered expression of this most favourite of Culmina's wines, offering style and elegance.
