Celebrate the arrival of Autumn with a spectacular evening of wine and gastronomy with the farm to table cuisine of Backyard Farm's Chef Chris Van Hooydonk.

Join Culmina in a toast to the upcoming harvest with a multi-course feast featuring Chef Chris Van Hooydonk of Backyard Farm. Using only fresh ingredients, many of them sourced from his own farm, Chef Van Hooydonk will create a truely local menu that perfectly compliments Culmina's terroir-driven wines. Sara Triggs will be looking forward to hosting you in our Fermentation Hall for this very special evening.

Tickets are $150 plus applicable taxes, per person. As ticket quantities are limited, please book early to avoid disappointment.
