The first rosé produced in Culmina's Number Series, our N° 012 Wild Ferment Rosé was made with minimal intervention from Cabernet Franc (60%) and Merlot (40%) rosé is a true expression of Culmina's terrior with 100% indigeous yeast fermination. Lots of texture and vibrant red berries, peach and apricot notes resulting in a harmonious counterbalance of fruit and earthy depth.
Slow-roasted sumac and Meyer lemon chicken with saüte of zucchini and tomatoes.
